COVID 19. 

Due to the current pandemic, we are experiencing delays with our postal services. We are continuing to ship our items, and will provide you all of the relevant tracking information as per usual.



All purchases are shipped from France as International Recorded Delivery. A tracking number is sent to all customers.

All orders outside of the EU are shipped with duty taxes unpaid. Please be aware that duty tax may be applied to you order for which you are responsible. We will not accept to refund any delivery, customs or duty costs incurred.

We ship worldwide, please get in touch for more information on delivery to your country.



Non sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for our EU customers or 21 days outside of the EU.

Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for our EU customers or 14 days outside of the UK. This also applies to any items purchased with a special offer or promotional code that involves a reduction in the price.

Sale items and offers items are not eligible for refunds. Exchange only. 

Please note that with any returns or exchanges, all postage must be paid for by the customer. We will not accept refunds for any returns or duties/taxes incurred.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered post so that you have proof of despatch in case parcels are lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance coverage especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

Please return the items to the address below. The returned products must be unworn and in perfect condition. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains or marks, smells, perfume, make up, deodorant - complete with original tags attached and packaging intact. Unfortunately used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.



We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take a little longer. 

We will email customers a confirmation once the refund has been made.
